These Terms of Use regulate the rights and obligations related to the use of the Infostud.com website (hereinafter: the Service) and the use of content from the same website.

The Service represents an information society service provided by INFOSTUD REŠENJA D.O.O. SUBOTICA, Matije Korvina 17, 4th floor, 24000 Subotica, Republic of Serbia, registration number: 21159662, TIN: 109311752 (hereinafter: the Company).
These Terms of Use define the conditions and manner under which a visitor of the website may use its content.
By accessing and using this Service of the Company, or by registering on it, the users of the Service agree to these Terms of Use, thereby concluding an access contract with the Company as the provider of the information society service.
The Company’s operations through this Service are primarily regulated by the Law on Electronic Commerce, the Law on Obligations, the Law on Copyright and Related Rights, the Law on Trademarks, the Law on Personal Data Protection, as well as other regulations of the legal system of the Republic of Serbia in parts not regulated by the aforementioned laws.

Description of the Service
Copyright on the Service and Content
The Company has exclusive copyright and intellectual property rights over the Service, as well as over all individual elements that constitute it, such as: text, visual and audio elements, visual identity, data and databases, source code, and other elements of the Service created by the Company.
Unauthorized use of any part of the Service or the Service as a whole, without the explicit prior written permission of the Company as the holder of exclusive copyright, shall be considered a violation of the Company’s copyright and is subject to all legal proceedings to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Service may also contain elements over which exclusive trademark rights or other intellectual property rights are held by third parties, such as business names, trademarks, or partner logos.
Limitation of Liability
The Service may be temporarily unavailable or available to a limited extent as a result of regular or extraordinary system maintenance or in case of system upgrades.
Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
For all matters not regulated by these Terms of Use, the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia shall apply.
For all disputes that may arise between the Company and users in connection with the use of the Service, the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia shall apply. All parties undertake to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably, and if unsuccessful, the competent authority for resolving disputes shall be the Commercial Court in Subotica for legal entities, and the Basic Court in Subotica for natural persons.
