Alma Media, the new owner of 25% of Infostud

Alma Media International Corporation, originating from Finland, became the new owner of 25% of
the stake in the company, which had previously been owned by British Daily Mail Group. A change in
the ownership structure occurred due to the intention of the British to partially change their activity,
to withdraw from Central and Eastern Europe and to direct their operations to the US market and
India. 75 % of the company remained the ownership of the founders of Infostud, who continued to
run the company.

In May 2012, Infostud company purchased Mojagaraza.rs website which is a kind of social network
where drivers share their experiences about the cars they used to drive, drive or intend to buy. By
purchasing this site, which is closely linked to polovniautomobili.com website, Infostud continued its
further expansion of business in the field of cars.

In June 2011, Znanje.infostud.com website was divided into a website dedicated to finding business
education and training named kursevi.com and a site for students named najstudent.com.
Najstudent became the most influential portal for career development of students, while Kursevi no

whose website www.putovanja.info is the most visited Serbian portal specializing in the promotion of

Daily Mail and General Trust becomes a minority shareholder of Infostud

In early 2008, international corporation Daily Mail and General Trust bought 25% of the ownership
and became a minority owner of Infostud. The company continued to be led by its founders, who
retained 75% ownership.

started the expansion of Infostud to the Internet automotive market in Serbia. Today it is the most

Zujanje.com website represented an attempt to develop a social network at a time when Facebook
was still in its infancy, and Twitter has not existed yet. It was quickly shut down as Infostud focused
its growth to another direction.

In September 2007, Infostud bought trust-hr.com, a specialized website for human resources, which
was incorporated into Infostud’s website for employers mojtim.com. At that time, it was the first
purchase of a domestic website by the local Internet company.
