Infostud and social responsibility

Ever since Infostud was founded, we were of the opinion that we should be the best we can be in everyday business activities, that our work should not bring harm to anyone and that we should help others, if and whenever possible. We at Infostud sincerely believe that with fair and nourishing attitude towards our team, business partners and clients, our business welfare only prospers and grows, and that what comes around goes around. With each new day we try to keep our company motto from becoming just empty words on paper, but rather something that we truly use in every day business and in every company sector.

That is why all of us try to do the best we can in professional and personal life, so that our society and us, can reap the benefits of our actions.

It was only later that we learned that such principles have a proper name – corporate responsibility.

Promoting the use of modern information technologies

Modern information technologies make business and communication activities easier, faster and much more efficient, and as such, they present the foundation of Infostud's work. Therefore, Infostud supports the expansion of their use for personal and business purposes and also the development of necessary infrastructure for better service quality of information technologies. Infostud also believes that the people should be educated in their use, which would result in the growth of the Internet users in Serbia.

Entrepreneurship

Infostud supports entrepreneurship, especially in areas close to working fields and goals of Infostud. We believe that entrepreneurial spirit should be developed and that we should support good and sustainable business ideas.

Personal and professional education and development

For making the right decisions we need right information, knowledge, skills and experience. Therefore Infostud supports constant personal improvement through education and gaining of work experience. We popularize and support this way of thinking through our educational websites.

Using international experience for the benefit of Serbian society

Infostud believes that people enrich themselves through travel and meeting new cultures, and that they also gain valuable experience which can be used for personal development and improvement of one's society. Therefore Infostud supports gaining international experience through work, internships or studying programs, especially among young people, who will one day return and implement their experiences in Serbia. Infostud believes that the „grass is not always greener on the other side" and that good habits and values we have in our country, should be respected and preserved, but also enriched with positive things we can learn from other cultures.

Preserving Cyrillic alphabet and Serbian language

We believe that preserving Cyrillic letter is an important part of preserving Serbian language and cultural heritage, and that active use of two letters is the advantage and cultural treasure of our country.

The fifth annual Belgrade Design Week (BDW) took place from May 29th until June 5th, in Belgrade. This year, BDW was divided into a number of different programs, the most important being a three day long, creative, educational conference called SMART2.
